Peppermint: A fresh, grassy minty aroma, peppermint has been utilised for its medicinal properties for centuries. Peppermint is one of the most effective oil for digestive system related issues such as diarrhoea, flatulence, nausea and stomach pains. Peppermint is often used in rubs for muscle aches, joint pains, bruises and insect bites. For people who are unable to concentrate, this oil helps to stimulate circulation thus strengthening and calming the nerves. Menthol, an active component in Peppermint helps to open up and clear the air passage during sinus congestion.

    Remove sealer cap and insert reed sticks.
    Use more reeds for a stronger scent.
    Flip the reed sticks every 1 - 2 weeks to refresh the scent.
